As human beings we often have worries and doubts in our day-to-day lives.

Before we know it, negativity, discontent, frustration and anger can start to play a detrimental role in what we think, what we say and how we act; to the extent that we actually start to believe the wrong things.

It is much easier to change a behaviour than a belief. Beliefs are self created generalisations.

The vast majority of our 'beliefs' are normally incorrect and can cause more harm than good.

They are formed in our unconscious mind and can at times be extremely limiting.

Our unconscious mind is incredibly powerful and controls up to 90% of our functionality and thoughts. It is intuitive and instinctive whereas the conscious mind is logical and planned.
