The strength of connection between mind and body results in the level of performance.

There are many factors that can 'get in the way' of performing at our best. Stress, nerves, anxiety and tension can cause a reaction both mentally and physically in a manner that can severely damage us.

When you start to worry you lose concentration; and when you lose concentration you cannot perform at your best or be 'in the zone'.

Negative experiences and bad performances can often lead us to commit them to memory. To our detriment, these memories can then be recycled by our brain in the future.

As an athlete the hours of training, practice and physical preparation you commit to is phenomenal. It is crucial you do the same with your mind.

If your fitness and technical skills are equal to that of your opponent, what will win it for you?

Big moments, big events, big tournaments are won in the head.

Take a look at some recent success stories within the world of sport - Team GB Cycling; Chris Hoy; Victoria Pendleton; Bradley Wiggins; Ronnie O'Sullivan and Liverpool FC to name just a few.

What do they all have in common? They have all worked or are currently working with a mind performance coach.

I am available, as and when required, to help you perform at your best. I can place the knowledge, processes, techniques and passion at your disposal and would love to play a part in your success story whether it's at professional, amateur, club or even junior level.
